Not worth it
Make sure to check on the size before your order them. They run very large and don?t fit all that well. If you try to return the item forget about it, it will cost you more to ship it back. Seller offers zero to no help

Best adult under garments for those who can't use pullups.
Delivered quickly. This product is used by both of my special needs children. Super absorbent. Fits snuggly on the sides to reduce amount of overflow (which both are capable of). Used this product for more than 17 years for our oldest and will continue to do so in the years ahead.

I'd recommend these underwear
I've been using these on my daughter for years. They are soft and very absorbent. Full disclosure..we've used a booster inside for added protection. Can't comment on these when used without. I'd recommend these underwear. I call them that for dignity sake.
