This is exactly what we needed! I am the caretaker for my father who has Alzheimers dimentia. We used to use a brief that worked as long as he "remembered" to change. As he has become more incontinent and more forgetful - we searched for other solutions. This is a brief that he can take on and off by himself. We tried Molicare Super-Plus Briefs Size Medium Pk/14 but found they were more of a diaper for someone who is bedridden and must be changed by a caretaker. The Abena is a pull on brief. This is an important distinction on this journey.
