Strips are fine, but the box got bent during delivery and when I took the box out of the bag, the little chip fell out onto the floor. I noticed later and did find it under my desk.

I have been on Coumadin since 1996 and have have my own meter.having your own meter is imperative(( you can check your profile anytime) and stay on a regular diet.it has worked fine for me.

Appears to have good accuracy as far as I have tested it so far which is important because this can be a life saver for Coumadin patients.

INR self management. Super easy. Only takes about 3 minute at home. No clinics, no doctors, no nurses just follow a warfarin dosing nomogram. This is the way INR is tested everywhere else in the world. Not sure why more patients aren't self testing in the US.

I have a blood disease and I really should check my INR every week. Now I can. I was an early adopter of this meter and I have been using it for over a decade. Until now, each bottle of test strips that I have seen contained 8 strips. So I started to freak out when I only saw two bottles. But these bottles, which are the same size I have always seen, really do have 24 test strips each. This is really a year's supply (almost). What peace of mind! I am very happy to have found them.

Compared the CoaguChek tester with the hospital unit within 30 seconds and they agreed within 0.1 PT. That's good enough for me.

the Roche CoaguChek XS test strips arrived to me in good shape,, I only used one so far, & it worked fine, the only thing what I should have done,I should have purchased 2 boxes of 24 = 48,strips. But, being from Canada and ordering from USA, with the Dollar exchange we get hosed pretty good here, but, all in all it is still a good deal. NO complaints about the seller either. just keep up the good work. I have one question, how will I know if this "feed back" was accceptable or not? 

Roche CoaguChek XS PT Test Strips are easy to use and amazingly accurate. My first INR tester required more blood, and the test supplies (which resembled microscope slides) had to be kept refrigerated. 

So far all the strips are working . I haven’t had to retry due to errors because of the product. Thank you very much. 

The items, once received are fine. The problem was your service. I received an e mail that said they needed a phsyicain order. I got the order immediately and it was sent immediately. I then received an e mail confirming that it was received and asked if address on physician order is correct place to mail. I responded with "Yes". I waited about 3 weeks, when I asked where it was, they told me they needed an order. I said I sent it and then sent all the emails that confirmed the story. No apology, no we messed up, nothing. I will not be ordering again from you, all I needed was an apology. 

Item exactly as described. Price reasonable. Although bit more than some Coaguchek Test Strips offered on Ebay and a few other sources, I wanted to be certain that the box was sealed and the strips in perfect working order, with an expiration date of a full year from purchase. This is very important to me as I depend on these strips to monitor a blood clotting disorder. I can not take chances on a product that may not be functioning properly. This company offers quality products and fast, reliable service. Items were carefully packed and delivered without any signs of damage as well. (I wish I could say the same about packages from other companies, lol !) I will return as a customer. Thank you for a job well done.
